Privacy policy
This policy explains how Elwerton Ltd ("we", "us") uses personal data. We are the data controller. Elwerton Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company no. 14872305, at 21 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4EB.
Data we collect
- Details you send us through our website or by email: name, work email, company, and information about your project.
- Business contact details of company owners, directors and investors. We collect these from public sources such as Companies House, company websites and professional networks, for our clients' outreach projects.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and provide our services (contract, or steps before a contract).
- To contact business people on behalf of our clients (legitimate interests). We send business messages only, and every email includes a simple way to opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact. We keep outreach data only for the length of a client project, plus 12 months, unless the person asks us to delete it earlier.
Who we share it with
We share data with our clients (for meetings that people agree to), and with service providers who host our systems and email. We do not sell personal data. Where data leaves the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to our use of it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to privacy@elwerton.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
